Do you know how many segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts exist in your system? How many users have access to perform critical activities? Are these numbers increasing or decreasing over time? Would you like to know which roles and authorisation objects cause your SoD conflicts?
Using our chosen analytics tool MARC, you can get these numbers, details and statistics to really understand where your risks lie.
You can choose to do this yourself or opt to have us – or your GRC service provider – run the diagnostics for you, either on a one-off or subscription basis. This can be done on a best practice rulebook, available bespoke rulebook or a newly-developed rulebook (through our Access Framework service).
Once you have the results of these diagnostics, we can also walk you through the follow-up process: How to remediate and mitigate these control violations to bring sufficient comfort to you. Check out how we do that here.

*What is the difference between the two services?
The two services require different levels of involvement from your side. For ‘MARC in the Cloud’, you will take full ownership in the management and usage of your dedicated MARC environment. In order to use if effectively, you will need detailed knowledge about access controls and SAP authorisations. Time and effort will be required to familiarise yourself with the MARC software.
In ‘Outsourced Access Analytics’, we will manage and run your access analytics from start to finish. You will only need to provide us with the input data and the output will be presented to you in a suitable reporting format. If you are planning to run your access analytics less than 4 times/year, we recommend the ‘Outsourced Access Analytics’ service.
